When I worked at a body shop during my college years the owner had a v8 flat head conversion just like those. Out of all the exotic cars he had the flat head plowing snow with straight pipes out the back was the best sounding thing he had.

By far, after weird old engine, as types go, flatheads are my favorite, so thanks for showing something i've never seen before. Man, i can imagine how much work goes in to making a tractor like that. Really cool. :)

Those flat head v8's are amazing sounding. I just absolutely love them. They sound great and they were a great improvement in the 20's with the original Ford cars.

most of those 8n's and 9N's came from Canada I like the V8 flat heads in them also see other engines
