My old man had 2 of the old Deeres he bought with a turn key blueberry operation on acreage near Moores Meadows NJ in the early 60s.From an Alec Couples. One was an M and one was smaller. Both had modified front fenders with welded full skirts and they were reverse mounted so the fenders rear taper faced in and down. This kept the rear tires lugs from knocking the blooms and berries off branches when discing the older 8 ft spaced plant rows or just breaking limbs. They worked flawlessly . I bet I pruned a thousand miles of blueberries in the winter in up to 2 1/2 ft of snow. All brush removal was by hand. We owned 4 seperate fields. 180acres total.Nothing but work

Many fond memories of some of those tractors. My uncle was an implement dealer in Iowa, my dad the mechanic from the 30's until 1959 when my uncle fell off a tractor in the shop striking his head on a chain hoist. That part is not so much a fond memory.

Love that steel wheeled, short frame 1935 model B.

That's an interesting bunch of old tractors. I've seen those early "pop-pop" (you call them) engines on display at the county fair. I think they called them "hit/miss" engines? Also, I believe that I heard long ago that tractor's that had no rubber tires (like the one you show early in the vid) were made for the Amish farmers... Something about their faith that won't allow the use of rubber tires. Go figure?
Have you been doing anymore gold prospecting lately Matt? -
It`s ionize Paint . like Ionosphere. its a toy..:-). The Inventor name John Deer is a Anglo-Arab(Jew* impostor) and this tractor represent the color of the tribes-man.Green=Muslime/Slavic and Yellow=Gold or Royal. The Green and the Yellow also signify Gold and Jungle, and anyone with gold in the jungle is a longtime worth quest cause he don`t need your food. He is Indiana.
