A few days ago, the local tractor club got together for their annual plow day, and we joined in with my John Deere 720 Diesel & JD 620 plow. Last year we had brought my grandfather's Allis-Chalmers 190 ( https://youtu.be/8-hN-hDd9f8 ), but this year we tried out the 720 for its first real plowing action. It was a very cool, cloudy day with occasional misting, but that didn't affect the overall turnout! There was a good number of antique tractors out working that day, and a large amount of soil was worked before it was called "a day" (though it was actually only noon....). Along with the 720, there was also an early styled A and a MT for green tractors at the plow day. There were a number of Allis-Chalmers there, including a C, a CA, and a WD. A Minneapolis-Moline M670 and International C owned by a pair of brothers also looked good working! All said, it was a good day out there, capped off with hot booya for lunch! Thanks for watching! Early wide front on that 720. Any idea if it was original? Most wide front 2 cylinder 20 and 30 series in my area had the square. Branches put a wide variety of front ends on.
