MyWindPowerSystem Company - https://www.youtube.com/user/MyWindPowerSystem The Enercon E-126 is a wind turbine model manufactured by the German company Enercon. With a hub height of 135 m (443 ft), rotor diameter of 126 m (413 ft) and a total height of 198 m (650 ft), this large model can generate up to 7.58 megawatts of power per turbine. The power output of the generator was changed from 6 MW to 7 MW after technical revisions were performed in 2009. The weight of the foundation of the turbine tower is about 2,500 t, the tower itself 2,800 t, the machine housing 128 t, the generator 220 t, the rotor (including the blade) 364 t. The total weight is about 6,000 t. The first turbine of this model was installed in Emden, Germany in 2007. The list price of one unit is $14 million plus install costs. how does the wind move such a huge turbine
-
And what fuel do these run on big ears? Think these are coal powered turbines, said big ears. oh. are these concrete or steel towers big ears? these look like concrete towers. oh, thanks. do they kill many birds? no. £00,000 are spent on impact assessments and migration studies prior to erection and over a season or two migrations change to avoid turbines, said big ears. oh, what's the issue then? well, some folk view one source of energy as "the" solution. its easier to think that way. oh, thanks big ears.... good night.

I'm as impressed with extreme engineering as any bloke, but now Google "3 MW gas turbine" and find it can fit on a tractor trailer, run 24/7 , and doesn't chop up eagles, bats and anything that gets near those blade tips whipping at > 200 MPH. Oh, and you'll need a gas turbine backup anyway for these monstrosities, so why not just use a gas generator? Just because you can build something, doesn't mean you should.

Direct drive or gearbox?
-
nice
-
I wonder what if wind picks up during the installation, especially after the first blade has already been installed. Dangerous?

ENER"CON" IS RIGHT.....ALOT OF THIS CRAP IS A "CON JOB" WHEN YOU GET DOWN TO THE NUTS AND BOLTS!

White people.

How much energy does this generate?

That's an e-101, no an e-126.
It's an easy mistake, it's not like it says "E-101" on the side in 2 foot high lettering or anything.
The one you a showing is half the power of the e-126 and the blades considerably smaller (26m less in diameter). -
show it running at least ffs

Giving a Thumbs Down has no effect on the $$$ made by the poster of a mislabeled video. We should have a "Remove Your View" button instead, as it's the # of views that makes the poster his profits.

how many gas (petrol) powered machines were need to get this planet saving device operational??
-
The crane operator was the guy standing in the blade hole at the end.
All the crane work was remote. -
where is it placed?

This video is about the E-101, plzz don't say in the title that is it the E-126.
