LOL, "abnormal" is right! Damn thing is like a road-going diesel locomotive. I gather, however, that the "abnormal" sign is basically the equivalent of a "wide load" or "heavy load" sign in the US? BTW, what sort of cab is that? It looks like they just bought a typical cab from some "normal" truck manufacturer and bolted it on top of this monster so the driver would have a place to sit. I've heard of companies doing similar things before; why spend the money to design and build a special cab when you can just buy a generic one from some other company. I can't think of a specific example, but I know I was just reading about some similar deal recently.
Also, is that thing 8x8 or 8x4? And what is that blowing all the dust from under the truck? The radiators fans? Why don't they just exit from the top? -

It's indeed 15 foot (4.5m) high, and 12 foot wide.
This means that in most countries in the world a special permit is needed to run on public roads due of it's width and height, and with ballast (to improve adhesion) for it's weight as well, even when not pulling a load at all (tractor unit with ballast 50-70tons)
