This is a how to on mount Kenda K530 Pathfinder Rear Tire - 22x11-8 tires on a 8 inch lawn tractor rim. This video is meant to educate so yes its long and some parts are boring. At the time i debated ITP Mud Lite AT Tire Rear 22x11x8 56A387 but chose the Pathfinder because of good reviews in snow situations. At the time this video was made they could be found on amazon at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CD6HH4/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00 As always come join the Maine mud mower facebook group http://www.facebook.com/groups/383536405048677/424098180992499/?ref=notif¬if_t=group_comment_reply#!/groups/383536405048677/

well that was painful to watch

Informative video. I suggest spraying rim, both sides with WD 40. Don't fight dry rim and rubber surface.
-
Good deal! I use my $50 harbor freight tire changer! Good job though.
-
What size are the mud tires
-
Why would you ever use a rim that doesn't have bearings?

I need a nap😳

guy needs a slide hammer
-
wow that's a lot of work but thanks for showing us the hard part of mud mower madness

2:43 at nigth is a good time to watch youtube.... rigth?
-
a little soapy water will help her slide on there also

It is much easier to inflate and mount the bead if you pull the valve from the stem and and don't use an air chuck. Air goes in much faster that way.
-
I've done this before and I'll spend the ten bucks to let the guys at the tire shop do it.
-
good learning vid. lol you made it look easy
-
Even small scratches on the rim where the tire beads will leak air. Anyone trying this, avoid turning any tools against this area.

THANKS for this video, it was really helpful for me since i own a Bolen tractor and i plan on installing bigger tires on the back of it ,thanka and have a nice DAY.

I'm glad I don't have to modify anything what a great tip thanks

I have a PowrKing (spelled that way) and all I want to do is put taller more aggressive tread tires on so that my more deck is higher off the ground so I can use it as a beater trail cutter (Oklahoma on the NE section and parts of Missouri breed rocks). Thought I was going to have to massively modify stuff but you saved the day.

Run over the tire only with a truck it works fine
