This is the second Kioti that I have owned. The first was a 1996 - 30hp- manual transmission. This new CK-35 has a Hydrostatic Transmission. I have noticed that I will need to operate this tractor at a much higher RPM in order to get the job done. I like the HST transmission a lot but it does take a certain about of power to run. I had a Woods backhoe on the old tractor that had its own hydraulic pump that ran off the PTO. This backhoe was much slower than my new Kioti backhoe but it does not have the digging power that the Woods had. I have already become much more efficient on the new tractor after just 30 hours of use. I highly recommend Kioti tractors and hope that this new one gives me the same service that the old 1996 model gave me. I also got a real good trade-in on the old tractor. That was a plus!

How can you use the brakes individually for sharp turning when they're on the same side as the hydrostatic pedal: that almost seems impossible! The Kubotaa and Mahindra's I looked at are the same way. It makes no sense to me!

The power loss is huge on the hydrostatic tractors that's why I stay away from them. Shuttle shift gear drive all the way.

Any problems with the loader other than the curl power?

I rented one of these last summer, used 3 point seed spreader and a 25 ft harrow on 30 acres that I seeded at a housing project. harrowed it, spread seed, then harrowed it again. the machine was brand new, had 5 hours on it when I got it, the harrow pulled a little hard the whole time.. when I was done the machine had a hydro leak under the drivers seat, ended up taking the dealer a day or so to fix at no cost to me... but it was first rental one they had out, and they where not so happy with its performance.

You can crank the hydros way up on those

I have a 2008 Kioti ck-35 w/ woods hoe and loader w/ 1700 hours and still going strong. Have not had any major problems yet. The only thing is the location of the key to start it, I hit it with my knee constantly on rough terrain and broke the switch. Other than the normal hose breaking issues, it's a great tractor for the money.

Well guys you should have bought a Kubota as I own a Kubotab3300 su with 504 FEL and BH77 HOE very strong machine check it out on Tasha macmillan on youtube.

Thanks Tim, I do not have any experience with a backhoe on a tractor but have noticed how mine is built. I was thinking a 3pt attachment backhoe, then building my on mounts to the tractor. It's really only for stumps but do not wish to stress my tractor....just asking your thoughts...thank you again.

Tim, I have a DS4110 at 100hrs have had no problems with the loader and really pushed it after seeing your videos. (Still under warranty). Every machine is different I know, great videos and I'm looking into a backhoe....keep the updates coming. Thanks

Hi Tim I just sold my 2012 ck35 nice machine but all my loader mount bolts loosened and sneered off dealer said it wasn't a warranty issue???? Twice it happened!! I sold machine after 2 years and 400 hours for $15000 paid $18000 they do hold there value!!! But the loader issue is big and I want to know who else has had this issue and what there dealer did or say??? I did buy a 2015 NX5510 kioti a couple weeks ago enclosed cab HST so far love it!!!
Email me anybody with any questions and issues about your ck35 loader problem

Looks like a knock-off Kubota. I've got over 1500 hours on my M 108 S without any issues.

The quick attach

We have over 900 hours on ours and we haven't had any problems and I love the wick attach

Update: 100hrs. If you are buying a new tractor, test drive several different brands. I wish I would have checked out the loader before buying. I DO NOT like the Kioti loader. My old 1996 Kioti loader will out work this loader any day of the week. The loader is definitely the biggest negative to the new Kioti Tractors.

Great review thanks.

Hi Timtool99
I'm a fellow long time Kioti owner also. I would like to correspond with you about my CK-35HST. my email is silverado_03818@yahoo.com -
Hi Tim,
I have a CK2510..I also had a mount let go…the dealer did a assume job repairing and reinforcing it.. -
Update: I had a problem with my loader. After just 50 hrs the loader acted like it was sprung. (The bucket was not parallel with the ground. Right side hit ground first) Turned out they replaced the right side loader mount. I am now convinced that this loader is nowhere near as strong as the loader on my 1996 Kioti.

Hi Timtool99
I'm in same situation. My first Tractor was a 1994 LK2554 Kioti. manual transmission. I sold it and replaced it with a CK-35 HST after 20 hrs I was very disappointed in the performance compared to my old tractor a lot more power but struggles for break out and easy lifting when in dirt pile. I took it back to dealer, they checked all pressures were OK. They told me i had to use clutch because of only 1 pump running tractor & hydraulics. I'm gonna try that but still not convinced. Great video!! Sly
