I've identified over 190 of the 320 cars found locked away in here, can anyone recognise any others? I will add them to the video along with corrections if confirmed 100%. What is that 2nd Formula race car?

Another fake internet story that keeps spreading like a disease. Normally its said that 320 antique cars from an old deceased man were locked away behind a rusty door for 15 years, until the moment an American couple bought their farm on an auction for a ridiculous amount. When they moved to the farm they found out these dusty cars on the barn.
The real story is all these cars are owned by António Ferreira de Almeida. He used to have a car dealer shop, and back in the 70´s he decided to keep the more interesting for himself. The first ones of his extensive collection were a convertible Overland 1922 and a Durant 1929. The collection reached a total of 400 cars, but currently it’s total number would be between 180-230 (unlike the exaggerated figure of 320). When the barn was full, he padlocked and “soldered” the doors shut.
On 2006 António Ferreira de Almeida was negotiating the sell some of his cars, to Luis Cunha a member of the “Automóvel Clube Português Clássico” (Classic Car Portuguese Association). At some point the negotiations failed, but they managed to agree that at least some pictures could be taken and published on a specialized classic cars magazine, as long as the owner ID and barn location were kept secret.
Manuel Menezes Morais shot these pictures, which were published on Interclassico Magazine website on Jan 2007 under the headlines: “Ali Baba Cave”.
Many of the worldwide viewers assumed that this was a long forgotten treasure and therefore tried to contact Luis Cunha at all efforts. As a result, António Ferreira de Almeida, who didn’t want to be bother in the first place, asked the pictures to be removed right away. We all know however that “what goes to the internet stays on the internet”, and therefore, since them a lot of creative stories around the cars have been spread.
A few years later the owner’s son convinced his dad to reveal the story to Joana Stichini Vilela (Portuguese journalist). This was also covered by Tom Cotter on the “Road and Track” Magazine, as you can find on:

Here it is a partial list on the cars collection:

Additional remarks:
The barn location is alleged in Arrepiado a tiny village (with no more than 300 people) close to Santarém – Portugal. -

O meu favorito : 356 e o segundo o Elan
