I'd simply love to live and work on a farm large enough to justify the need for such equipment. Who does not love these toys but.... you have to love the crops even more. Love it...

It's sort of like an IVT, it just uses electronics to determine which range (rmp and gear, like a Power Shift trans) to operate in so that you use less fuel. An infinitely variable transmission (IVT) shifts based on the amount of throttle you give it. You can still control your groundspeed like an IVT (by just throttling up), but the "Efficiency Manager" basically chooses the most optimal range. Basically its the same system that CNH and every other tractor manufacturer has been using for years.

nah man they are completely different transmissions, this just offers a different option for automatic control.
