This design was conceived in order to pull old equipment and wagons that was original designed for horse pulling.

[...] excellent character in design!
- sure works for me...and there's no shovelling up any manure, either. [...] -
That is a power horse tractor is was designed for farmers with horse drawn implements that did not want to buy new ones cause of price but wanted to replace the horse

Very cool. Ingenious design. Much respect to our grandfathers and great-grandfathers.
-
That appears to be an Allis Chalmers model H Designed by Albert Bonham and made by Eimco. A 1,000 were built but the tractor was cut from production due to WWII

That is Theo McCalister.

You can look to the past and see ideas that are used today. This concept in its present form is the tractor trailers we see on the highways today, I think.
-
That is literally a horse-less carriage.
-
Good idea
-
I think I saw this on stargate, when they send this thing into the gate to film the other side.
-
Ok Johnny ... first time in our life we can be cool, so don´t look to the site and don´t laugh.

The Power Horse Tractor is a product from the 30's. Produced by a company called Eimco located in Salt Lake City Utah. I have also heard that there were only 100 or so ever made.

The early stages of development of Remotely Operated Vehicles.

I do believe the Power Horse was made in Europe, but I'm not very sure. (Not to be confused with Wheel Horse here in the USA)
