The Farmall Super A .The Super A was an improved version of the A. The biggest change was that the previous Lift-All system was replaced with the new Touch Control hydraulic system. This was in response to the Ferguson three-point system used by Ford.

I have had a Cub, and I presently have a Super A. The only advantage I saw with the Cub was that it did a little better job of cultivating teeny tiny vegetables. I can do more stuff - such as pulling big wagons, Bush-Hogging, mowing hay - with the Super A. It works great to rake hay with, too, and it is easy on gas for what I do with it. My daddy and uncle owned The Super A before I did - they have since passed on.

Depending on the soil Yes. but its all how much you are going to be doing. Super A is better in the long run but for a 1 acre or less garden the cub is good.

The Farmall Cub was 9hp and the Farmall A was 21 hp. The Cub was more of a garden tractor the Super A was more of a cultivating or field work tractor. both could do either job but the cub was mostly kept for smaller jobs.

@TheTractorguy140 I would sell it but it took me a wile to find that one that wasnt beat all up . If I find one Ill let you know . Ive got a cub too thats a first production run .took me allong time and it cost but its a good one.
