I would guess 10 minutes to cross the field, 3 or 4 hours to turn the the whole thing around to come back!

Whoever owned that size of plow would have to be popular. I mean who could gather 16 people every year to help them plow.

If nothing else, these guys deserve massive kudo's for preserving these beautiful old beasts of burden. I will never forget my dad saying the very first tractor he ever drove was a Rumley oil pull.
